Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc (HCSG) invites you to join as a Registered Dietitian at a long-term care facility in Las Vegas. You will manage clinical nutrition services, assess residents’ needs, and document the plan within the electronic medical record to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care.

You will develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents’ health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
