Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. The role supports a team and oversees nutrition plans for residents, with emphasis on evidence-based care and regulatory compliance.

The position offers a starting pay of $30.00 per hour, with increases based on experience and factors, plus a $2,000 retention bonus. Schedule is Monday through Friday with flexible options, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Hold a current state license in good standing.
• Knowledge of CMS/state regulations related to nutrition care (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliant as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
