Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will play a key role in improving resident health and nutrition outcomes while contributing to patient satisfaction.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours, a starting pay of $33 per hour for new graduates, and a $3,500 retention bonus. Prior experience and licensure will influence compensation.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regs (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state/local/customers.
• If multi-site registered dietitian, must have valid Driver's License.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings, labs, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan care that improves health and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
