Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility across our network.
You will assess residents' nutrition needs, document care plans, and collaborate with the care team to support resident health and well-being. The role offers a starting pay of $30 per hour with opportunities up to $35+ based on experience, plus a $2,000 retention bonus.
Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Licensure in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey processes and nutrition regulations (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, labs, weight trends, and intake.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
