Job summary
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. The role includes developing care plans, educating residents and staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with flexible Monday–Friday schedules.

Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State license in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of CMS/state/federal nutrition regulations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents and document plans in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings and labs.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health and well-being.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
