Job summary
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. The role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and adherence to CMS/state regulations.
Pay starts at $35 per hour with increases based on experience. This position offers a $1,000 retention bonus and benefits including telemedicine, prescription discount, EAP, daily pay with EarnedIt, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State license/certification in good standing.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
