Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. Pay starts at $35.00 per hour for new graduates and will increase with experience. Schedule is Monday-Friday with flexible options; a $3,500 retention bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with current state license.
• CDR credential current and in good standing.
• RD-Eligible or provisional licensure accepted in some locations.
• Knowledge of CMS/state/federal nutrition regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings, labs, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education

Registered Dietitian – Commission on Dietetic Registration

Licensure in good standing

RD-Eligible / provisional licensure accepted

Knowledge of state survey processes
