Qualifications
- RD credential and license in good standing in the state of practice.
- Registered dietitian active with CDR.
- COVID vaccination policies may apply as required by state, local, and/or customers.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents/patients nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
