Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in New Brighton, MN. In this role, you will assess patients' nutritional needs, plan interventions, and improve quality of life in alignment with patient goals.

This non-exempt, hourly position requires dedication to high standards of nutrition care. You will educate staff, adhere to professional standards, and help implement dining and nutrition policies, while contributing to quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Passed the national exam by the CDR or eligible per the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
Licensed or certified per state requirements.
Knowledge of regulations for assessments, care planning, and residents' rights.
Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

Provide nutritional expertise to the care team and educate patients, staff, or consultants.
Follow the Academy's standards of practice and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to develop procedures and policies related to dining and nutrition.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement programs.
