Job summary

Cura-Hospitality is seeking an experienced registered dietitian to join the healthcare team at Kane Dietitians in Pittsburgh. You will assess nutritional needs, develop interventions, and collaborate with care teams to improve residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Has passed CDR exam or eligibility per Academy standards.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach nutrition and dietetics to others.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Interact with other departments in setting up procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
• Actively participate in developing, reviewing, and revising continuous quality improvement programs.
