Job summary

Cura Hospitality is seeking an experienced registered dietitian to join our healthcare team in Pittsburgh. You will assess nutritional needs of patients/residents, initiate interventions, and collaborate with the care team to improve quality of life consistent with patient goals.

The role requires licensure, CDR exam or eligibility, and commitment to ongoing professional education. This onsite position is at Kane Dietitians within our network.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Passed the CDR exam or meets eligibility requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Knowledge of regulations for assessments, care planning, and residents' rights.
• Ability to teach nutrition and dietetics to others.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the care team and educate patients/residents and staff.
• Adhere to standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop procedures related to dining and nutrition.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement programs.
