Pomeroy Living seeks a Registered Dietitian to bridge kitchen and clinic, guiding residents with expert nutrition, education, and individualized plans. You will collaborate with the Chef on menus and participate in MDS assessments while coaching dietary staff.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Dietetics/Nutrition and active RD credential with MI licensure.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience; 1–2 years in supervisory roles preferred.
• Solid knowledge of federal/state dietary regulations and clinical standards.
• Experience with electronic health records is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of dietary components of MDS, RAP and care planning.
• Monitor meal service for nutrition and palatability following standardized menus and orders.
• Assess nutritional needs and provide counseling on healthy eating and disease management.
