Job summary

Complete Care seeks a Registered Dietitian to lead comprehensive nutritional care for residents, aligning plans with federal, state, and facility standards. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to tailor diets, monitor status, and ensure safety and compliance.

The role involves assessing residents on admission and periodically, updating care plans, and educating families and staff on dietary needs and medical conditions. Strong regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Actively licensed in Nutrition/Dietetics in the State of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents' nutritional status and complete MDS sections.
• Develop, implement, and update nutritional care plans.
• Oversee diet orders, review menu changes, and ensure therapeutic textures are served.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition and medical conditions.
• Perform sanitation and safety inspections and participate in facility surveys.
