Job summary

Pomeroy Living in Michigan is seeking a Registered Dietitian to bridge the kitchen and clinic, providing expert nutrition guidance, resident education, and staff coaching. You’ll participate in menu planning with the Chef, and complete MDS assessments across two facilities in Rochester Hills and Sterling Heights.

Lead in clinical excellence, ensure adherence to regulations, collaborate with the care team, and monitor palatability and nutrient adequacy of meals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics/Nutrition required.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and Michigan licensure required.
• 3+ years clinical experience; 1–2 years management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with federal/state regulations; professional team interaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure accurate completion of the dietary portion of MDS, RAP, and Resident Care Planning; maintain progress notes.
