Job summary

Park Nursing Home is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Registered Dietitian (RD) to oversee nutritional services and ensure residents receive appropriate, high-quality nutritional care.

In this role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor dietary plans, and ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations while supporting survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Active RD credential required.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of specialized diets and geriatric nutrition.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with nursing, dietary, and clinical staff.
