Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full-time (.8) position in Buckeye Lake, OH. The role focuses on nutrition counseling, care plans, and education for a diverse patient population within a Forbes top 100 hospital setting.

The successful candidate will provide nutritional assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with care teams while maintaining privacy and HIPAA compliance. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Formación

• Requires Registered Dietitian license in Ohio.
• Prior clinical experience required; knowledge of food prep, safety and sanitation.
• Experience teaching and counseling nutrition therapy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain details to diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nutrition counseling and develop nutrition care plans.
• Assess nutritional needs and create care plans for patients.
• Screen patients for nutritional risk and provide diet instructions.
• Prepare diet and drug interaction guidance.
• Attend care conferences to address nutritional needs.
• Document nutrition needs for high‑risk patients promptly, including holidays/weekends.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in mandatory in-service meetings (e.g., TB testing, safety, HIPAA).
