Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Dietitian in Ohio.
• Prior clinical experience required.
• Knowledge of food preparation, safety and sanitation.
• Experience teaching nutrition therapy.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills for a diverse population.
• Able to accurately take and record measurements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition counseling and develop nutrition care plans for a diverse population.
• Assess nutritional needs and create comprehensive nutrition plans of care.
• Screen for nutritional risk and provide diet and food interactions guidance.
• Attend care conferences to address patient nutrition needs.
• Document nutritional needs of high-risk patients promptly, including holidays and weekends.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times.
