Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian license in Ohio required.
• Clinical nutrition experience and knowledge of food safety.
• Experience teaching and counseling nutrition therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse populations.
• Ability to accurately record measurements and readings.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition counseling and education plans for diverse populations.
• Assess nutritional needs and develop care plans.
• Screen patients for nutritional risk.
• Deliver diet and drug interaction instructions.
• Attend care conferences on patients’ nutritional needs.
• Document nutritional needs for high-risk patients promptly.
• Maintain privacy and participate in mandatory in-service trainings.
