Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian in Westfield, MA, for 8 hours/week. Qualifications

• Valid credentials as a dietitian from the CDR.
• Active dietetic licensure to practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical nutrition assessments for patients.
• Document assessments using the Nutrition Care Process.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K as required.
• Calculate tube feeding as needed.
• Provide recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.

• Completing the MDS - Section K
• Calculating TF
