Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join their team in Chicopee, Massachusetts, providing services for the long-term care community. This position offers 8 hours a week with a flexible schedule, allowing for a balance between professional duties and personal commitments.

• Documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Completing the MDS - Section K.
• Calculating TF.
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
