Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for our long‑term care community located in Methuen, MA and requires 16 hours per week. Enjoy a flexible schedule and excellent pay!

• CDR credentialed dietitian required.
• Dietetic licensure must be active in MA.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach expected.
• Strong communication skills with patients and team members expected.

Responsibilities

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments.
• Documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
