Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Waverly, VA. This 16 hours/week role offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay as part of our long-term care services.

The candidate will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team. Additional duties include completing the MDS - Section K, calculating TF, and making wound and weight-change recommendations.
