Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for 12 hours per week at our Cambridge, MA location. The role supports our long-term care community with clinical nutrition assessments and care planning.

Responsibilities include documenting with the Nutrition Care Process, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and completing MDS - Section K. Applicants must be CDR-credentialed, hold dietetic licensure, and demonstrate strong communication and client-centered
