Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for a 12-hour-per-week role serving the long-term care community in Cambridge, MA. One of the days should ideally be Thursday.

The position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay for eligible Registered Dietitians. Qualifications include CDR credentialing and dietetic licensure, along with a client-centered approach and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
