Job summary

Sequoia Vista at Kaweah Manor is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee nutrition care across multiple facilities, ensuring high standards of food service and patient well‑being.

You will guide food ordering, storage and preparation; collaborate with Dietary Supervisors to implement menu changes; monitor safe food handling; and participate as part of an IDT to support positive care outcomes in a long‑term care setting.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care facility desirable.
• Registered Dietitian licensure/certification required.
