Job summary

Rolling Hills Care Center is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee the nutritional care and food service across multiple facilities. You will guide dietary operations to ensure high-quality meals and compliant practices.

Responsibilities include menu guidance with dietary supervisors, food safety monitoring, and participation in an interdisciplinary team to support positive resident outcomes. RD certification required; supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RD certification required.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care dietary department desirable.
