• BS Degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics; Masters preferred.
• Registered Dietitian and Licensed RD.

• Experience in a Contract Dining facility setting preferred.
• Electronic Medical Records knowledge.
• Nutrition Education experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition assessment, counseling, and follow-up for oncology patients.
• Help patients manage nutrition-impact symptoms during cancer treatment.

• Identify and address malnutrition and nutrition support needs.

Role: Registered Dietitian - Part Time, Cancer Center/Acute Care

Location: Archbold Memorial Hospital (Thomasville GA)

Rate: $40 - $45/ hour

Metz Culinary Management is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join the clinical nutrition team at Archbold Health System, providing coverage for both the Cancer Center and acute care hospital.

This is a great opportunity for an RDN interested in developing oncology expertise while maintaining acute care skills.

In this role, you will:

• Provide nutrition assessment, counseling, and follow-up for oncology patients
• Help patients manage nutrition-impact symptoms throughout cancer treatment
• Provide inpatient nutrition assessment and intervention as needed
• Identify and address malnutrition and nutrition support needs
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide patient and family nutrition education
