Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dietary, nursing, and culinary teams to ensure adherence to nutrition standards.
• Document assessments, care plans, and progress in the EMR system.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS Degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics (Masters Preferred)
• Registered Dietitian and Licensed RD
• Experience with specialized nutritional dining software required
• Experience in a Contract Dining facility setting preferred
• Electronic Medical Records
• Nutrition Education
