Job summary

Napa Post Acute is currently seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join our Napa, CA team in a full-time position. You will provide nutrition care that supports resident health, wellness, and recovery within an interdisciplinary healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include conducting nutrition assessments on admission and as needed, developing and monitoring care plans, evaluating status, educating residents and families, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RD/RDN credential required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care.
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Do
