Registered Dietitian (RD) Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team.
The Registered Dietitian is responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized nutrition plans for residents. You will work closely with nursing, dietary services, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive appropriate, high-quality nutritional care. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about skilled nursing regulations, understands the unique nutritional needs of older adults, and is passionate about making a positive difference in residents’ lives.
