Job summary

Nivram Management seeks a compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary care team at a skilled nursing and long‑term care facility in Chicago, IL. You’ll lead nutrition planning, assessments and resident education to improve quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold a current IL RD/RDN license, experience in long‑term care, and strong skills in communication, documentation and regulatory compliance (CMS/MDS). This is a full‑time, on‑site role with supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Current IL RD/RDN license
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Knowledge of MDS and regulatory requirements (CMS, DOH, etc.)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
• Monitor and document residents’ nutritional status and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and medical staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide in-service education and training to dietary staff on best practices
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
