Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team. This opportunity serves our long-term care community in Salisbury, MD for 40 hours per week.

You will complete clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team, complete the MDS - Section K, calculate TF, and make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.

Qualifications

• CDR credentialing is required.
• Dietetic licensure is required.
• Candidate demonstrates a positive attitude.
• Candidate is client-centered and communicates well.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
