Complete Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team in New Jersey. This full‑time role supports resident nutrition in a long‑term care setting, with a focus on assessments, care plans, and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Dietitian in the State of New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of professional dietitian experience in long‑term care, including some administrative responsibility; or
• One year of experience as a registered consulting dietitian serving long‑term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing preliminary and comprehensive assessments of each resident’s dietary needs.
• Develop written dietary care plans identifying nutritional concerns, resident needs, and goals.
• Encourage residents and families to participate in care plan development and review.
• Ensure dietary personnel understand and follow each resident’s care plan during daily services.
• Identify equipment and utensils required to meet individual resident needs.
• Review and interpret residents’ medical charts and provide nutrition therapy recommendations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support residents’ nutritional health and wellness.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, based on experience

REGISTERED DIETITIAN Key Responsibilities

• Assist with developing preliminary and comprehensive assessments of each resident’s dietary needs.
• Develop written dietary plans of care identifying nutritional concerns, resident needs, and goals.
• Encourage residents and families to participate in the development and review of care plans.
Ensure dietary personnel understand and follow each resident’s care plan when providing daily dietary services.
