Job summary

Complete Care Milford Manor in West Milford, NJ is hiring a Registered Dietitian to support residents' nutritional health in a long-term care setting. This full-time, first-shift role requires a licensed RD in New Jersey and collaboration with the care team to assess dietary needs and develop plans.

You will lead diet plans, coordinate with families, and ensure care plans are followed by dietary staff. Competitive salary, PTO, and supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Dietitian in the State of New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of professional dietitian experience in long-term care, including some administrative responsibility.
• One year of experience as a registered consulting dietitian serving one or more long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing preliminary and comprehensive assessments of each resident's dietary needs.
• Develop written dietary plans of care identifying nutritional concerns, resident needs, and goals.
• Encourage residents and families to participate in the development and review of care plans.
• Ensure dietary personnel understand and follow each resident's care plan when providing daily dietary services.
• Identify special equipment and utensils required to meet individual resident needs.
• Review and interpret information in residents' medical charts and provide recommendations for appropriate medical nutrition therapy.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support residents' nutritional health and overall well-being.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, based on experience
