Job summary

Complete Care seeks a Registered Dietitian to join our team and support two locations in the same town. This full-time, first-shift role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality care in a compassionate setting.

Responsibilities include nutrition assessments, individualized meal plans, and collaboration with residents and families. A current RD license is required, with LTC experience or consulting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian license required.
• 2+ years of professional dietitian experience in long-term care with some administrative responsibility.
• 1+ year of experience as a consulting Registered Dietitian for long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary and comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents.
• Develop individualized dietary plans of care.
• Partner with residents and families in developing and reviewing care plans.
• Ensure dietary staff are aware of and follow resident care plans.
• Identify special dietary equipment and nutritional needs.
• Review resident charts and provide recommendations for medical nutrition therapy.

REGISTERED DIETITIAN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Registered Dietitian license required
