DCS Clinical in Lexington, Massachusetts is looking for a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established practice. This part-time role offers a consistent two-day-per-week schedule and competitive hourly compensation.

Location: Lexington, MA

Position Type: Part-Time | 2 Days per Week

Compensation: $55–$62 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Tuesday: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM–1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Compensation & Benefits

$55–$62 per hour, based on experience

Benefits are offered to all employees, including both full-time and part-time team members.

• Paid Time Off: Equivalent to two weeks of the employee’s regular scheduled hours annually. For example, an employee working 15 hours per week receives 30 hours of PTO.
• 10 paid holidays: Holiday pay applies when the holiday falls on a regularly scheduled workday.

• 100% coverage for preventive and diagnostic services completed within the practice
• Other dental treatment completed within the practice is written off incrementally at one-third per year of employment
• After three years of employment, eligible in-office dental treatment is 100% written off
