Job summary

Dental Metrics Maven is seeking a patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Leominster practice. This part-time role offers a consistent three-day workweek (Mon, Tue, Thu) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with compensation up to $55 per hour based on experience.

You’ll perform hygiene assessments, routine and periodontal cleanings, take digital radiographs, chart perio status, educate patients, and collaborate with doctors to deliver exceptional care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RDH license.
• Local anesthesia certification, if applicable to assigned duties.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments.
• Provide routine and periodontal cleanings.
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images.
• Perform periodontal charting and risk assessments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Assist in identifying restorative and periodontal treatment needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure infection control and OSHA guidelines compliance.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
