Hanson Family Dental in Hanson, MA is seeking a patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our locally owned private practice in a brand-new facility. You’ll provide preventive care, educate patients, and build trusting relationships with an established patient base.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventive hygiene care, including dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and individualized treatment recommendations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the connection between oral health and overall wellness.
• Take dental radiographs as needed while following all applicable safety protocols.
• Develop trusting relationships with patients through compassionate communication, education and personalized care.
• Document clinical findings, treatment recommendations, and patient records accurately in Dentrix.
• Collaborate closely with the dentist and dental team to communicate clinical findings, coordinate patient care, and ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Help patients understand the value of recommended preventive and periodontal treatments so they can make informed decisions about their oral health.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and applicable clinical standards.
• Participate in ongoing learning and contribute to a positive, growth-minded team environment.

What We’re Looking For

Compensation & Schedule

Pay:$52.00 per hour, plus performance-based compensation opportunities.

We believe great work deserves recognition! In addition to your competitive hourly pay, you’ll have the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on our practice’s incentive program.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
