DCS Clinical in Lexington, Massachusetts is looking for a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established practice. This part-time role offers a consistent two-day-per-week schedule and competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RDH license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong patient communication and education skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and clinical team members.
• Availability to work the designated Tuesday and Friday schedule.
• New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing
• Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
• Take diagnostic radiographs as clinically indicated
• Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
• Review and update patient medical and dental histories
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with dentists and clinical team regarding patient treatment needs
• Follow infection control and clinical safety standards
• Create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
