Dental Metrics Maven in Lexington, SC is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established practice. You will provide preventive and periodontal care, educate patients, and work with a collaborative dental team to build long-term relationships.

The schedule is Monday–Friday with an early Friday dismissal and a competitive hourly range based on experience. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and SC RDH licensure plus CPR/BLS are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care.
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other hygiene procedures.
• Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings.
• Take diagnostic radiographs as clinically indicated.
• Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.
• Review and update patient medical and dental histories.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical team members regarding patient treatment needs.

Registered Dental Hygienist – Lexington, SC

Location:

Lexington, SC.

Position Type:

Full-Time.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday.

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Compensation:

• $42–$48/hour, based on experience.
• 0–1 Year of Experience: $42/hour.
• 2–5 Years of Experience: Approximately $45/hour.
• Experienced Hygienists: Up to $48/hour, with some flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
• Annualized Compensation: Approximately $85,176–$97,344, based on a 39-hour paid workweek (assuming a one-hour unpaid lunch Monday–Thursday).
