Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to work closely with our Dentist in California. The role supports patient care, assists with procedures, and helps maintain a smooth dental office operation.

Schedule is Monday and Friday 8am-6pm, and Tuesday–Thursday 9am-6pm, with compensation of $22–$25 per hour. Benefits and PTO are provided based on hours worked, and CPR or BLS and RDA credentials are required.

Qualifications

• CPR or BLS certification is required.
• Registered Dental Assistant certification/credential is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and ensuring patient comfort.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations.
• Assist with front office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments.
