Missouri Flat Dental Group is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced dental practice. You will participate in radiography, chair-side assistance, and patient education to promote optimal treatment outcomes.

The role emphasizes infection control, compliance with state and federal regulations, and contributing to a positive patient experience through attentive, efficient support for the dental team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State certification/licensure required.
• Associate degree or certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by keeping patients focused on optimal treatment.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment; prepare patients for treatment and assist doctors.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care as directed.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories per ADA guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
