Job summary

Woodbridge Dental Group and Orthodontics is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced practice in Texas. You will engage with patients, prepare treatment rooms, and assist with chair-side duties to promote efficient, compassionate care.

The role focuses on patient education, maintaining sterile environments, and accurate radiography while complying with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED as required by state regulations for certification/licensure.
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state requirements such as radiograph exposure or coronal polish.
• Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school, or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best treatment with urgency.
• Contribute to Perfect Patient Experience by addressing patient needs and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment; prepare patients for treatment and assist doctors.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
