Silverdale Smiles Dentistry is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support the dentist in delivering high-quality care and to enhance the patient experience. You will perform patient care, chair-side assistance, and imaging while maintaining infection control and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes assisting with treatments, educating patients, and maintaining a sterile practice environment to ensure efficient, safe operations.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED.
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state.
• Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best possible treatment with urgency.
• Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by focusing on optimal treatment and addressing patient needs.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment; prepare patients for treatment; assist doctors for efficient care.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Educate patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
