Dentists of Montgomery in Texas seeks a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists, gain patient commitment, and contribute to a high-quality care experience. You will learn from an experienced team and handle routine duties across patient care, office operations, and laboratory tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting with treatment, taking x-rays and intra-oral photos, educating patients, maintaining sterile environments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State-mandated certifications/licensures as applicable.
• Associate degree or certificate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best possible treatment with urgency.
• Participate in Perfect Patient Experience by focusing patients on optimal treatment.
• Maintain clean, sterile environment and prepare patients for treatment.
• At dentist's direction, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories per ADA guidelines.
• Comply with state, federal and other regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.).
