Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Texas to support dentists in delivering optimal treatment with urgency. You will assist with patient care, chair-side duties, and basic radiography while maintaining a clean, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and state-mandated certification/licensure.
• State-mandated certifications/licenses (e.g., radiograph exposure).
• Associate degree or 1-year certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment and prepare patients for treatment.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care as directed.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment per ADA guidelines and safety regulations.
