Job summary

Temecula Dental Practice and Orthodontics in Temecula, CA, is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering high-quality care. You will assist with patient setup, x-ray imaging as directed, chairside assistance, and educate patients on post-treatment care while maintaining a clean, compliant practice environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; mandated state certification/licensure.
• Assorted state-required certifications (e.g., radiograph exposure, coronal polish, etc.).
• Associates degree or one-year certificate preferred; beneficial combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best treatment with urgency.
• Support Perfect Patient Experience by focusing on patient needs.
• Prepare patients for treatment and assist doctors for efficient care.
• Perform and assist with x-ray and intra-oral pictures under dentist direction.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and oral health care.
