Job summary

Anatolia Dental Group in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support the dentist with patient care and treatment planning. You will take and develop X-rays, educate patients on oral health, and maintain a sterile, compliant practice environment.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED and state mandated training for certification/licensure
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state (e.g. radiographic exposure)
• Associate degree or one-year certificate; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist with patient care and treatment planning
• Take and develop X-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed
• Educate patients on postoperative and oral health care
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterile environment
• Ensure compliance with state, federal safety and infection control regulations
• Support dentist’s diagnosis and documentation during examinations
