Highlands Dental Group is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support dentists and deliver patient-focused care in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with treatment, manage imaging, and help educate patients while upholding safety standards.

The role emphasizes chair-side support, efficient workflows, and adherence to state and federal regulations to ensure high-quality dental service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and state-mandated certification/licensure requirements.
• Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited program; experience may help.
• State-specific certifications and registrations as required.

Responsabilités

• Assist dentist to gain patient commitment for best treatment with urgency.
• Participate in delivering a Positive Patient Experience and address patient needs.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment; prepare patients and assist doctors.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments per ADA guidelines; follow OSHA and HIPAA rules.
