Position Summary

Registered Client Service Associates provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisors (FAs)/Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs)/teams daily. They build trusted relationships through regular interactions, leading with a client-first mindset, and assisting clients with their needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
Client Support
  • Support FAs/PWAs/teams in cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
  • Execute money movement transactions at the request of clients or FAs/PWAs/teams.
  • Answer non-investment related questions about client accounts, relay stock positions, and provide account balances.
  • Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation as directed.
  • Educate or enroll clients in digital tools like MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization.
  • Onboard and maintain client accounts, collecting necessary information and documentation.
  • Provide clients with account details such as investment objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Accept or enter unsolicited and solicited orders as directed.
  • Support marketing strategies, e.g., website maintenance.
  • Assist in delivering the business plan and client service model.
  • Stay current on policies, procedures, and platforms.
  • Participate in training, initiatives, and special projects.
Administrative Support
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding service requests.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, including logistics and materials.
  • Maintain travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and handle reimbursements.
  • Assist with office functions like copying, filing, and scanning.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports as directed.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
Education and/or Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Active Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA), or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
  • Two+ years industry experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
  • Knowledge of financial products: equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, managed accounts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal, and client service skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize.
  • Team player capable of collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Adaptable, multitasks effectively, goal-oriented, self-motivated, results-driven.
